Job Description : 

  • Position : MDP Associate
  • Location : Navi Mumbai, India
  • Salary : INR 5.10 LPA (including shift allowance)

Role :

MDP Associate will accurately and efficiently collect operational data from various vendor sources and enter those into a web-based tool. You will adhere to the company goals, policies, and procedures and work in a focused manner to achieve the overall objectives. You will be responsible for improving the performance, productivity, efficiency, and delivery of the operational performance KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). You will effectively manage your performance and development to support our continuous operational success.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct timely and in-depth screening, research, and review of company data and disclosures.
  • Learn the research methodology and processes quickly and apply that knowledge consistently.
  • Deliver on individual and team targets including production and quality as well as improve the overall performance quarter on quarter.
  • Establish and achieve the set SMART goals with the direction of the team lead.
  • Provide input and ideas for new data collection methods, product/ process improvements, and quality initiatives.
  • Own and drive continuous improvement within the process through Quality initiatives.

Requirements :

  • Strong English communication, reading, writing, and content interpretation skills.
  • Basic Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of SQL, VBA Macros, or Python is a plus.
  • Client-oriented, innovative, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Analytical and critical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility Criteria :

  • Graduation and above in any discipline.
  • Candidates awaiting results for their last semester can also apply.
  • Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply.

Selection Process :

  • Eligible candidates will go through an online General Aptitude test.
  • Interview rounds will be conducted post clearing the test.
  • At every stage of eligibility, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted by the recruitment team.
  • A conditional offer will be provided for those clearing all the rounds. 
  • Candidates receiving the conditional offer would be required to go through a training program on Financial Literacy.
  • An assessment based on the training program will be conducted for further screening.
  • A permanent offer letter will be provided to you from Morningstar only after successful completion of the final assessment.
  • Once you receive a permanent offer, you will be aligned to one of the four teams : Equity Data, Managed Investment Data (MID), PitchBook or Sustainalytics.
